Every restaurant listing in the Forkin directory — 409 of them. The 141 venues carrying an editorial stamp are ordered by that verdict first, then by Forkin Evidence Score within it; the remaining 268 are listed unranked while their evidence is gathered.

This is not a list of the best food in Singapore. The Forkin Evidence Score measures how strongly a venue’s claims are backed by dated, attributable public sources — so it rewards venues that are well documented, which tracks fame and press reach as much as cooking. Read it as a confidence rating on what we publish, not a verdict on the meal.
