Hidden 52-seat dining lounge tucked behind the wood-fired pizza oven of Il Clay at Clarke Quay, launched by the Il Clay team. Menu fuses Chinese influences with Italian technique (e.g. slow-cooked beef short ribs with char siu sauce). Official launch date Saturday, 27 June 2026.
