The brand's own site is the only official source available, and it describes Rituel as a boulangerie and cafe established in 2015, named after the French for customs and rituals, making viennoiserie by French bread-making methods from selected wheat, eggs, milk and seasonal fruit. That site lists only Tokyo-area locations and does not mention Singapore at all, so the outlet details here come from published coverage rather than from the operator.
