The longer version

Mensho X occupies a unit at 6 Battery Road in Raffles Place, listed on Mensho's official site as #01-02c. 8days reported on 14 July 2025 that it opened that day as the first fast-casual outlet of the brand founded by chef Tomoharu Shono, in a 46-seat room where orders are placed by QR code and brought to the table by staff. The same report described three housemade noodle styles — ramen, tsukemen and mazemen — made from a flour blend developed for the format, and a toripaitan broth deliberately lighter than the Raffles City restaurant's, infused with kelp, shiitake and porcini for a lunchtime crowd. A first refill of noodles was included at launch. Both pieces of published coverage on record disclose that the meal was provided, so neither is an independent assessment. Eatbook, which stated on 24 July 2025 that "this was a media tasting at Mensho X", found the Firebird ramen "piquant and earthy" without being overpowering and the toripaitan tsukemen broth "saltier and more intensely flavoured"; it was less taken with the negi chashu rice bowl, calling it "incredibly dry" with chashu that was "tough and lacking in moisture". HungryGoWhere, which also recorded a hosted tasting, singled out the same Firebird bowl and the sake kasu-marinated kurobuta chashu. The official outlet page prints no prices, so no current price can be confirmed.
