Re-evidenced from scratch. The stored Chef and Sommelier citation is a dead URL returning a nonexistent-post page; a current Chef and Sommelier article on the venue was located instead, dated 14 October 2025 rather than the stored 10 May 2025. Three countable independent dated assessments now survive, the third being the DanielFoodDiary review restored on 4 September 2026, but they diverge: one is warm about the space and the in-house gelato, the other finds the waffle plain and two gelato flavours below expectation. A newly located Mothership piece is list-and-menu description without evaluation and does not count. Divergent verdicts across only two sources cannot support the top band, and the consistency factor is set low accordingly.

Forkin holds two countable independent assessments of this CHIJMES gelato café and they do not agree, which places the listing in the middle of the rated range rather than the top band. The October 2025 review praises the calm cream-and-blue room, the warmth of the staff and the evident care taken in making gelato in house, while cautioning that queues are possible. The May 2025 review is more reserved: it accepts the brown-butter-style waffle as crisp and fragrant but calls it too plain, and judges the Bluepea Lemongrass Pandan and Peach Sencha flavours below expectation, with the white coffee's milk texture less creamy than hoped. A national news mention was excluded because it describes rather than assesses the venue.
