The Forkin Evidence Score is a transparent calibration of the published evidence behind this venue's editorial stamp — not a personal dining rating, and never derived from Google data. It starts from the stamp's base value, applies the five evidence adjustments below, then clamps the result inside the stamp's band.

WORTH A LOOK
Confidence: mediumForkin desk assessment of attributable public coverage — not a personal dining review.
Two corrections that offset. The Honeycombers review — the only established publication in the record — carries no on-page publication date; its recorded "2026-01" was inferred from image asset paths, which is an undated source under B20-R2, so it falls to context. That drops the countable set to two personal blogs, and criticCalibre falls established -> independent under B20-R3. In the other direction, the Ah Boy Like Ramen item is better dated than the record claimed: the page states its own tasting date, "21 Mar 2026, Far East Square", so the month-only 2026-03 becomes 2026-03-21 and recency stays current on a stated date rather than an inferred one. jiaksimipng (3 September 2025) is unchanged and remains a positively independent publisher under the batch-6 ruling. The calibre downgrade and the date recovery leave the arithmetic where it was: the score holds at 7.6, with confidence reduced from high to medium.
What public coverage says
Ryokudo is a Jakarta donburi specialist whose Singapore flagship sits in Far East Square, built on the shokudo idea of a reliable daily eating house rather than a destination. The two countable accounts are narrow but honest: the lunch-set gyudon is tender and the tamagoyaki well made, while the chicken-based tori ramen scores only 25/35 on both noodle and soup — technically sound but muted in wheat flavour and linear in the broth, rescued by the yuzu kosho. Comforting and competent, not exceptional.

The Honeycombers · January 2026 · contextJiaksimipng (WordPress blog) · 3 September 2025Ah Boy Like Ramen · 21 March 2026Caveat: None of the three sources carries an explicit independence/payment disclosure statement; independence is inferred from the absence of any hosted/invited/sponsored language and firsthand, dish-specific critical detail (including negative notes), not from a positive confirmation. The Ah Boy Like Ramen critique of the Tori Ramen specifically (25/35 noodle, 25/35 soup scores) tempers the otherwise favourable consensus and should not be read as universal praise across the whole menu. No ownership/network or affiliate-link review of any of the three publishers was completed. Dating finding 25 August 2026: The Honeycombers review carries no on-page publication date; the recorded "2026-01" was inferred from January 2026 image asset paths and is an undated source under B20-R2. Reclassified from counted to context. Dating improvement 25 August 2026: the Ah Boy Like Ramen item states its own tasting date on the page ("21 Mar 2026, Far East Square"), so the record now carries 2026-03-21 in place of the month-only 2026-03. Re-assessment 25 August 2026: criticCalibre corrected established -> independent under B20-R3, since the countable set is now two personal blogs. Score unchanged at 7.6; confidence high -> medium.
