Four independent assessments of the Marina Bay Sands dining room survive re-verification, but they disagree. The Business Times, which pays for its meals, found the signature Peking duck dry and under-seasoned, and a 2024 first-person review found the lobster mapo tofu underwhelming for its price. Two 2020 reviews were straightforwardly favourable. They do not agree: the Business Times criticised the signature Peking duck directly, and the most recent source found the flagship dishes underwhelming for the price. RE-READ 5 Sep 2026 (batch 44): the Daniel Food Diary row was marked counted while its own basis field still recorded a publisher-level exclusion.
