What public coverage says
Four independent assessments of the Marina Bay Sands dining room survive re-verification, but they disagree. The Business Times, which pays for its meals, found the signature Peking duck dry and under-seasoned, and a 2024 first-person review found the lobster mapo tofu underwhelming for its price. Two 2020 reviews were straightforwardly favourable. With the newest counted evidence from 2024 and open disagreement about the signature dishes, this reads as worth a look rather than a top-band recommendation.
