All three countable accounts converge on the same picture: the 3mm flash-frozen Jeju naengsam pork belly is the reason to go and is built to be wrapped as ssam; the regionally sourced banchan — Seoul kimchi, Yeosu gatkimchi, Jeolla mukgeunji — is unusually good for Singapore; and the post-barbecue fried rice is the finale worth saving room for. The reservations are about value and evenness of execution rather than the cooking.
