Restaurant Labyrinth is a one-MICHELIN-star "New Singaporean" restaurant at Esplanade Mall, where chef LG Han reworks hawker and heritage dishes. The 2026 menu drops the earlier visual-illusion theatrics for a more restrained, globally sourced reading of Singaporean flavour. The current major-outlet assessment is admiring and specific about dishes such as the yu-sheng-inspired shima aji with oscietra caviar and the mee-rebus-inspired spaghettoni with abalone, while recording concrete reservations about pasta texture and a sauce lacking the sting of fresh green chilli. Both countable sources were re-retrieved live on 25 August 2026 and stand: the MICHELIN Guide inspector page for the Esplanade outlet (counted under B9-R1) and the DanielFoodDiary second-visit review of 26 November 2025 (counted under B20-R1). The only defect corrected is in the written record: the MICHELIN row invoked B9-R1 but phrased its retrieval as "retrieved 2026-08-21" rather than "retrieved on <date>", which is the form the remediation-queue whitelist tests for, so the venue recycled into every pass despite being correctly evidenced. The basis now states the retrieval date in the required form. Every recorded factor reproduces and the score holds at 7.7.
