Tom's Palette

On 11 Aug 2026, home-grown gelato shop Tom's Palette announced via Instagram that it will close both its Bugis and Kovan outlets after 21 years, citing unsustainable economics in the dessert trade. It said operations will cease in mid- to late October 2026. The venue remains open and trading until then.
